The LiveView feature does not work

06. The LiveView feature doesn't work - Canon and Nikon

The LiveView feature provides to the user the possibility to preview the changes on his workspace when he's setting lights intensity or camera settings.

If this feature doesn't work, don't worry!
It means that you didn't set the Exposure Simulation of your camera.

Canon Camera:

Please unplug the camera from your computer.
Go to the LiveView setting and set the Exposure Simulation on OK:

Nikon Camera:

First of all, I would like to warn you that we do not recommend a lot of Nikon cameras, because some features are not available and compatible with the Nikon SDK. Please have a look to this list before choosing you camera.

Please unplug the camera from your computer.
1. Press the italicized "i" button on bottom left
2. Scroll down to last option which is Exposure Preview
3. Select ON

If you still have some issues, please contact our support team by creating a ticket.
