Issue loging in onto the PackshotCreator software

28. Login Issue: “No Internet Connection or Login Credentials”

Problem

You try to login onto your PackshotCreator software (version V1.0.14.257 or below) and get the following error message, while connected to the internet and not having any IT or network blocks:

 


Solution

For Mac OS devices

1.     Click on the Apple icon in the upper left-hand corner

2.     Click on "System Preferences"

3.     Under the General Tab, click on “Default web browser”

4.     Open the Default browser and go to user.packshot-creator.com

5.     Log in with your Username and Password

a.     Please Note: Log-out and re-login if the browser automatically logs in.

6.     With the browser still open, launch and login to the PackshotCreator software

7.     Done!

For Windows devices 

1.     Close the PackshotCreator software if open

2.     Click on the Windows icon in the bottom left-hand corner and click on “Settings”



 

3.     In the Settings menu, click on "Apps"



 

4.     In the Apps side panel, click on "Default apps"



5.     Check to see the "Default Web Browser"




6.     Open the Default browser and go to user.packshot-creator.com

7.     Log in with your Username and Password

a.     Please Note: Log-out and re-Login if the browser automatically logs in.

8.     With the browser still open, launch and login to the PackshotCreator software

9.     Done!
