10. PackshotCreator software crashes when saving

Problem: 

When customer tries to save files, PackshotCreator software freezes and shuts down.

 

Situation: 

Windows (and most likely Mac) have a maximum path length of 260 characters. if the customer is saving out an animation inside a folder inside a folder inside a folder inside a folder... our software will crash with no warning. 

C:\Users\grant\Desktop\GrantsBike2_orig_\new folder\ new folder\ new folder\ new folder\ new folder\filename.jpg


Solution:

Path length is too long. Use a saving location that has shorter path.

C:\Users\grant\Desktop\GrantsBike2_orig_\filename.jpg
