20. Problems saving RAW files
Problem:
RAW files not being saved. Red exclamation point in a circle appears behind the
attempted save.
Solution:
The camera is only taking JPG images which
cannot be saved as RAW files.
To solve this issue, set the camera to
capture RAW + JPG images. In the PackshotCreator software, go to Options, select Hardware,
select Cameras then set ‘Quality’ to ‘RAW + Large Fine Jpeg’.
The camera will now take RAW images (and
JPG) that can be saved.
