If this error message appears, your software has detected a bad connection between your computer and your turntable.

 
We recommand you to :
-       Connect the turntable to another USB port
-       Use the original cables
-       Do not use USB HUB


If it persists :
-       Reset the turntable : turn it off, disconnect the supply and the USB connections and wait 10 seconds before connect it back.

If it still persists :
-       Install the USB control driver. You can find it here on your computer : C:/programs/packshotcreator/creator/drivers
