If this error message appears, it may be due to the PTP* (Picture Transfer Protocol). He may not execute properly because of the USB connection.
 
*PTP : protocol that transfer directly your pictures from your camera to your computer.
 

We recommand you to change your usb port.
If it persists, replace your USB connection (the one which connect your camera to you computer).
