If you receive this error message, the camera has somehow lost connection with the software / computer.

 
We recommand you to :
- Reset camera to default settings (how to ?)
- Check all USB connections
- Check if you have all your admin rights authorized (how to ?)
- Try using a shorter USB cable.
- Try using a different USB port.
- Try using a powered USB cable.
- Make sure the camera is in Manual (M) mode.
