26. Color changes during file export on Mac computer

Problem:
You are using the PackshotCreator software on a Mac computer and when you export a photo, you see a difference between the picture from the software and the picture exported.


Cause:
Mac computers have specific settings that can change the color space (icc profile) of a photo when exported from the PackshotCreator software. Our software do not apply these Mac setting, that is why the color is different when seen directly from the software interface.

Solution:
To observe the precise color after exporting a file, we advise to launch and use the software on a Windows computer.
