09. "Camera not found"

Problem: 

Customer's camera was not found. 

In this case the customer was using a Canon T6i (Canon 750D). The camera’s Wi-Fi feature was turned On, which turned Off all communication with the computer by USB to the camera. Therefore, when the camera was plugged into the computer, the computer did not respond and the camera was not found in the Device Manager. 


Solution: 


Reset camera settings to default. Then reset the settings to properly communicate with PackshotCreator software.
