12. Ebay and second hand sales
We have been contacted recently by two companies who bought systems on the second hand market
only to find they would not work with the host computer
We'd like to warn you that older systems built before 2015 have a communication chip that is not compatible with the latest operating systems (Windows 10, Mac OS Mojave).
We do not recommend to buy second hand machines without a purchase order and without checking everything is working fine.
Furthermore designs have been updated and features increased particularly in regards the ease of white background creation.
