When using V1063 on Windows 7, users who
create annotations on their image and then click on “Save As” (Advanced Mode),
get the following errors: oXDA000241
(11) and oXDA000192 (4)
Relaunch or Reinstall the software
appears when our program cannot successfully save an image. Please, make sure the user is not saving the
image to a Dropbox folder or other type of cloud.
- If the image is being saved to
a network, make sure the network settings are correct
- If saving to a USB driver, make
sure it is properly connected
- It is always best to save to
the local drive, but even then things can go wrong

filename settings. Make sure they are normal and are not using any forbidden
