Error Code 0XDA000241 (11) and 0XDA000192 (4)

Problem: 

Error Code oXDA000241(11) and oXDA000192 (4)

 When using V1063 on Windows 7, users who create annotations on their image and then click on “Save As” (Advanced Mode), get the following errors:  oXDA000241 (11) and oXDA000192 (4)


Solution:            

Relaunch or Reinstall the software

This error appears when our program cannot successfully save an image.  Please, make sure the user is not saving the image to a Dropbox folder or other type of cloud.

  1. If the image is being saved to a network, make sure the network settings are correct
  2. If saving to a USB driver, make sure it is properly connected
  3. It is always best to save to the local drive, but even then things can go wrong
  4. Double-check the folder and filename settings. Make sure they are normal and are not using any forbidden special characters.
