02. I can't see the preview

You are on your interface and you can't see your preview ? There are two solutions :

● The battery of your camera is almost empty : it doesn't give enough power to the camera to acquire pictures.
We recommand you, for a better experience with your PackshotCreator, to use an AC adaptater.

● Your camera contain cache datas :
In this case, quit the software, pull off the battery of your camera, pull it back and launch the software.
